​ PORTAFLOOR MAX was recently tested on-site at a major mining pit as a relocatable haul truck maintenance pad. The goal was to eliminate pouring and iminent removal of a temporary concrete slab. Three successful tests were completed; the back axels of the truck were lifted using a B&D Super Jack, 2 of the tires were lifted within an 18" diameter pneumatic jack and the Komatsu 930e was marked on MAX.

​ MAX created a roadhead in south Texas to support tractor trailers filled with caliche material. Over 150 trucks rolled over MAX and made a tight turn into the drill site.  MAX reduced the rutting from the constant traffic and required only minimal sub-base leveling, watering and rolling prior to installation.
